Many orders ship the same day they are placed. We can only cancel or update an order before it has been shipped.

If the order has not yet been processed, we'll cancel it so you can place a new order using the correct shipping address.

Once an order has shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed, and it becomes the customer's responsibility to retrieve the package.

We are unable to reroute or replace orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

We ship within 1 business day.

Business days are: Monday through Friday, excluding weekends & holidays.

If your order is placed on Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday.

International shipping rates are calculated by Shopify’s automated system depending on location.

Hawaii and Alaska orders are based on size and will be displayed in checkout (USPS Priority mail only).

Orders for 600 balls or more are REQUIRED to fill out our wholesale form

If you place a bulk order in checkout, it will be cancelled and we will reach out to you via email/phone.

Once an item is shipped, it is 100% in the hands of the shipping service from that time onwards.

Meaning that any shipping delays are not caused by iLovetoGolf.

We accept returns within 14 days from your orders' date of delivery.

The items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Buyers are responsible for all return fees (unless you receive the wrong order)

No returns on ANY of our 2A grade golf balls!
